Settings

To configure your account (the currently active account), you can use the settings screen.

You can configure one account, or all of your accounts on the current server. When you submit the settings to all the local accounts, only the 'domain settings' and the settings below will be submitted to the accounts.

Administrator E-Mail - The administrative email address for the account

Administrator ICQ - The administrative ICQ number for the account

* Make sure this setting is correct, it will be checked with your license files

Trade email address - The email address displayed in the public signup page.

Minimum efficiency - The minimum amount of efficiency to get out of the watch-list.

Minimum unique visitors - Minimum amount of uniques to get out of the watch-list

Trade by weight system percentage - See also 'Weigth trade system'

Trade randomly percentage - The percentage of traffic TradeControl trades randomly with active trades

Trading actuality - You can adjust how much you want TradeControl to trade traffic based on data in the last 24 hours, or if you want TradeControl to trade traffic based on the last hour. Find the optimal setting for your website, usually this will be set to an average. (See Trading algorithm)

Define the balance between trading with the total history of the trade, and the latest statistics (actuality). (See Trading algorithm)

Enable the anti-frustration system - Never let a visitor get skimmed twice by one gallery url. (if a visitor gets skimmed by going to gallery X, if he clicks the gallery again, he will not be sent to a trade again)

Optimization: percentage of value given to optimization data

You can give a percentage of value to the statistics gathered by the partner data. If you make this 100%, it will have as much value as your local productivity.

Minimum verified visitor percentage - Minimum amount of verified visitors, after which a trade gets disabled (only for trades with 'SendUnverifiedTraffic' enabled)

Re-enable verified visitor percentage - Minimum amount of verified visitors, to be (re) enabled (only for trades with 'SendUnverifiedTraffic' enabled)

Automaticly set cheater status - Automaticly sets the 'SendUnverifiedTraffic' status

Open for trade signups - allows the public signup page (normally /TC/site/signup.php)

New public added trade status - Sets the publicly added trades default status

New public added trade type - Set the trade type automaticly for publicly added trades

Allow hardlinks with public signups ? - Allow the public signup form to present an option to ask for a hardlink

Enable notifications ? - Allow TradeControl to sent emails when

Notification email address - an alternative email address, if you do not want to use the administrative email address

Missing hardlink action - the default action TradeControl does, when a hardlink back (backlink) is removed

Maximum of clicks - maximum amount of clicks counted by TradeControl, par visitor, all other clicks will not be skimmed.

Enable maxratio (trade setting) after sending out - After which amount of visitors out, should the MaxRatio setting get active (for example, you want to 'cap' a trade at 200%, but only after you've sent 20 visitors.)

Percentage of unverified visitors sent back to trades - If you've set a trade's status to 'SendUnverifiedTraffic', this trade will be seen as a cheater. This percentage of unverified traffic will be sent back to the trades.

Block visitor if hammering - Blocks an IP address after it hits the homepage this amount of times. Be sure to keep this at a high number (10000+), all access will be blocked to the server from the blocked IP address. Restart the TradeControl server if you are unable to login.
